Logs are measured in a 3-D log scanner to optimise turning and the yield. The saw is a straight reducer-profiler circular saw from AriVislanda. The saw can produce up to four cants in the first sawing machine, after this is a profiling unit integrated in the 2nd reducer followed by curve sawing in secondary break down with 5 adjustable blades.

There is a buffer between sawing and green sorting. In green sorting, which comes from CGV, the sawn products are measured and then sorted by size into 50 bins and packed. The timber is then dried in 3 continuous kilns and 10 batch kilns.
After drying, the timber enters the grading mill, which consists of Finscan camera sorting and tray sorter with 30 bins. Further processing occurs in the planing mill using the integrated re-saw and strength sorting. Annual production amounts to approx. 90,000 m3 sawn timber per 8 hour shift.
